Help with level 78 life quest

I got to level 78 today and did not get the quest for my new life spell. What could I have missed?

you may have to go do a certain amount of quests in avalon im not positive but maybe ps i have a lvl 80

I'm only lvl 36 but I think you have to do all the other t like the 58 and 68 or some thing like that. :?

There is no level 78 spell. For my level 80 life wizard, I have a level 70 spell (Mass Prism), a level 72 spell (Mass Triage), a level 75 spell (Guardian Spirit), and a level 80 spell (Life Spear).

I did get a level 78 pet (Gnome) from talking to Moolinda Wu.
