Azteca Sun/Astral school quest glitch

So im level 94 and im in khrysalis but I cant get the sharpen and potent quest done. I have the quest "The Highway" and i have to talk to Yacate Farwalker and I followed the tracker and hes just not there. I did both quests in zafaria and im lsot :/
