in azteca at level 84 i am supposed to get a quest from pacal redmask for my aura spell i have not gotten that and i am the required level

You obviously haven't finished a prerequisite.

Continue with the story because the boss you need to face is in an area you can't get to yet. I was lvl 85 by the time i was able to get the quest.
