I've ran through Celestia thrice now. Back then I was foolish and chose to not read the storyline so I didn't realize this until recently when I ran it on my second character.
The story claims that we've obtained all of the pieces to restore the Solarium portal. And then Edith tells us to go explore the Solarium. But instead, the quest arrow tells us to go into the Crustacean Empire.
Thus, somewhere along the line the story was messed up. I hope Zander or Thundersnake or Cyrus sees this.
