Hi. Since I leveled to level 54, I have gotten a critical rate. This critical rate is 89%. But when I go to my character, if I wave the mouse over it, it becomes 19%. I was wondering, is this why i haven't gotten a critical in over 3 weeks? Please help me, and tell me, what can I do to fix this?

dude it ok becuase i am a lvl 60 death person and i have 150 critical but i still cant hit with it only like once a week and thats only if i use my wand it won work for any of my spells

The Critical Rating is simply a number. Not a percent. Your number you see initially on your stats is random. I don't know how to do the math, but with 19% Critical, you actually have a good chance of Critical for spell. Weird I know.
So, the rating is simply a number. it's not a successful critical 89 out of 100 times, but it's just a number used to tell some weird thing.
