There is no such thing as being 'late' or too high of a level. In fact, it works in your favor because you have better equipment/stats and more experience, all of which you will need.

No, you didn't start late. If you would of started early (40-50) it would of been tougher for you. Anyways I started CL at lvl 56

im level 57 and im just being aloud into the labyrinth in dragonsprye. I don't think I will be in celestia anytime soon

No, you are not late. It is actually a good thing to be a higher level in worlds.
