finding a spell

i am looking for a certain spell "Vengeance" and they say this, Quest (about the Astrals) where is it? Can you help me?

I believe the vengeance spell is available from the star school trainer in the stellarium. I don't think you need to complete any specific quest. It requires level 56, and you must complete enough of the Celestia mainline quests to get access to the stellarium.
