Getting Astral Spells - question

In order to acquire astral spells, do you need to get them all in order the way it is for the seven ordinary schools?

E.g. I want Polymorph Draconian so I have to get Polymorph Gobbler first.

For almost ever astral spell exept for star spells you need to buy the spells before it.So if you want Draconian or colossal you need to get all of those before it. That is unless you can get it from stormeiven.
