There are no houses currently available for purchase in Celestia on the normal, Live game servers that you play on.
However, the special Test servers have two new Celestia houses that you can test out ( see the post on the game's login screen for more info).
Just remember that, like always, everything that you do on the Test server does not reflect on your normal Live game account. So if you buy or craft a house on the Test server, you won't have that same one on your Live server once the Test server is shut down.
