How do you get to Celestia?

I know that you need to complete the main quest, and kill malistaire, but how do you get to Celestia after that? Sorry, i haven't played in a while...

After completing the quest The Final Countdownin addition to being at least level 44, then the Headmaster will now have the quest Door to the Stars for you to complete.

He'll engage you in dialogue if you satisfy the above requirements upon turning in the original 'Final Countdown Quest.'
