I finished senator Nelleck in the crustacion empire and have finished everything else there and I have no more quests to go to. I dont know what to do. Help! :(

I think there is one quest in the Crustacean Empire that kind of threw me off and made me think I didn't have a quest because the quest helper couldn't be used on it, even though in a similar quest it could be. :P I now always look in my spell book to be sure I have a quest instead on relying on the quest helper arrow showing up.
