Hi, I am a level 61 wizard, and I have recently been farming waterworks for its gear. I have done the dungeon about 15 times and have gotten several hangman hats, and SIX hangman capes, but i have yet to get the boots. Is there some trick to getting them, or do you have to defeat certain one of the bosses to get the boots? Any info helps! Thanks!
Waterworks drop rate is very low so i say just keep trying until you get the boots, but i prefer the crafted wintertusk gear. No specific bosses drop the boots, but luska has a higher drop rate i believe. Also since you have been getting heaps of hats and capes you should sell the spare ones.
