hi i am level 54 and i am currently about to complete the stellarium. I was wondering when do i get to go to the dugeon portico in celestia base camp. I was also wondering i know the quest "swimming with stars" is not required for celestia, but is that how you learn morganethes story? or is it until i keep proggressing in celestia? Does anybody know? thanks
