Adept's Socket Wrench

Hello! I was wondering if there was a way you could receive the Adept's Socket Wrench for unlocking all of the locked sockets on items, instead of paying 40 crowns.

ye, they are rare drops from a select # of bosses

Jade Oni is the only main game boss that drops them. They also drop in the Master and Archmage level housing instances.
