burning rampage and catch of the day spells

Was wondering when these spells will be available for crafting? They have been around for a while like the loremaster spells and there still isnt a vendor to buy the recipe from. Please announce when these spells will be available for crafting.

Why not just farm for them? In particular the "Catch of the Day" spell is extremely easy to farm for.

not everyone has the time or resources to farm, or wants to.
the rng is terrible, so why bother?
