I have spent the last month or so interested in crafting the Celestian Observatory, and I recently began gathering the items necessary to craft it. I have almost everything ready to be able to craft it, but I am still missing the two Celestian Shields. I have read on other forums that the only way to gather these items are to find them at the Bazaar (which I have had no luck at so far) or to receive them as a drop from Curuin Charmtooth in Charmtooth's Lair.
However, I have now fought Charmtooth a total of 22 (exhausting) times to no avail. Am I missing something, or am I just having a spout of bad luck?
