Blossom the life tree sells the recipe (to craft them) and you can also buy them at the bazaar occasionally.
Since the cards usually have to be crafted I would expect you will have to make an even trade for them. (Life blade TC, Elucidate TC, Simplify TC usually draw some interest.) This forum is moderated so posts are usually delayed for hours or even a day. You should post a future time(s) to meet & where (realm, location) if you want to find someone here. You can also try wizard101central.com, they have a forum there for trading cards.
