i need to make treasure cards giant hand and legion shield don't know where to get the recipe cards for these cards

Just purchase these from the Bazaar.

Though, Legion Shield has gotten rare to find at the Bazaar as of late.

Treasure Card Dealers such as Harold Argleston, The Activist and Zan'ne usually sell Giant Treasures.
