Craft Headless Horseman!

Come on KI we got pigsie to be crafted but we still don't have headless horseman? The least you could do is make the drop rate better in packs during the pack a palooza!

The spell is easily available for drops during the Halloween Event.

Likewise spells such as Reindeer Knight.

So, until a crafting system is in place for the card, I suggest waiting until then to visit the Loremaster or taking to the packs.
