You have to craft them or get really lucky and buy them in the bazaar.
Mushrooms recipe is sold by Torald Wayfinder in Grizzlehiem.
Pond recipe is sold by Balthazar Dragonthorn in Dragonspyre.

You can't buy the Jar of Mushrooms either; they have to be crafted (you may be able to find them in the Bazaar, but I've never seen them)
