Is there a way to craft a spell and transfer it to other character right away? if not they should update this :P cause i want to kill koto for the ninja pig spell card. even though i am still lv 10 right now T_T.
No, spells cannot be transferred and they will never do this. It would allow very low level players to easily obtain powerful spells well before they should have them without any work at all.
Note: If you want to get the Ninja Pigs spell at low level, just have a high level friend farm it with you. You can port into the fight and still get a chance to learn it.
