Grendalweed and Frost Flowers

It's a little bit silly to ask, but does anyone know a good place for Grendalweed or Frost Flowers?

Grendelweed is a possible reward when harvesting Frost Flowers but it's rare. Frost flowers are in Colossus Blvd, and can sometimes be found in Ravenwood. And don't forget the Bazaar.

Grendelweed does pop up in the Bazaar, and Frost Flower is more common in the Bazaar.

Wintertusk is a great place to collect Frost Flower. You might also check into Transmuting if you need more than what you can find

Wintertusk, Colossus Boulevard, and some places in Grizzleheim are good for collecting Frost Flowers, but I don't know where to collect Grendalweeds.

The lake near Herkir in the caves of Mirkhom Keep are a good place to farm for Frost Flowers.

I belive that Grendalweed can be a reward from Winterbane Hall.
