i am trying to craft the luminous life spell but can not find the luminous weaver gold card where can i find it

I have crafted this spell 9-1812 and I absolutely love it , I just wish it was an attack all spell, and the answer to your question is the Crystalline Queen , in dragonspyr , Crystal Grove. Good luck on your crafting quest to obtain this spell.
