Marleybone "Craft Services" Crafting Quest Bug

I completed the quest as normal. But as I walk to Felicia Worthington she still has a gray question mark. I can not continue in my crafting adventures with this. What do I do?

You have to have the items in your inventory for her to accept it, so if you sold them, buy them in the bazaar

Same for me except I have my crafted items in my inventory but it wont let me continue

I'm unable to turn in my quest as well but I have the items in my inventory ready to turn it in

did you actually craft them or buy them in the bazaar? or maybe you turned them in and now have to go to mooshu for the next quest and that is why she is gray.
