Potent trap should be crafted!

I think potent trap should be able to get crafted for the people that have used it when they gotten it. Or make it tradable. Something so it is less difficult to earn it when you do something with it.

Some enchants, like potent trap and sharpened blade, are no auction and no trade in order to keep lower level PvP more balanced
