Sparse Fronds

To craft the Treetop Getaway you need spare fronds(three I think). What is the easiest way to get sparse fronds?

They are dropped by a few bosses in Azteca. You can buy them in the Bazaar if someone has sold one recently. If you google it, there will be a link to a fansite that lists what bosses drop them.
