I have to craft a tea set for Ogden Peake in Celestia but when I go to buy the recipe it tells me I have to be an adept crafter. I have done all the crafting asked of me prior to this but am still only an initiate crafter. How do I get to "level up" so to speak to become an adept crafter - I am currently level 58. Thank you.
