so i have crafted the legendary one and now the goal is to make the focused one but the recipe isn't showing up at the forge or even in my crafting journal is it bugged or is there something i am missing

The recipe costs 85k gold from Ingus Ferric. If you didn't buy the recipe then that will be what you need to do.

Have you brought the recipe from Ignus? Revered crafting IS a separate recipe! :)
