Can anyone tell me where I can find Turquoise reagent?
for " Making the grade " craft quest.

Turquoise can be obtained by purchasing card packs and the for the reagent such as:
Grizzleheim Lore Pack
Immortal's Lore Pack
Mega Reagent Pack
Pharaoh's Hoard Pack
Wysteria Lore Pack

or fishing at the Nomad camp. It is dropped by many NPCs which can be found on the wiki, here’s the link (http://www.wizard101central.com/wiki/Reagent:Turquoise#axzz7AtoeyeIa ).

Or you can haunt the Bazaar and keep refreshing the reagents page.
