I returned to play today. I havent played for a year, and i wanted to do the quest of crafting. When i look my quest, i dont have any of crafting, but if i go to talk with Balthazar in Dragonspyre, my quest is there in colour gray. I craft the two rings, but it isn't complete. I tried to buy them in the bazaar but dont work. I have them in my backpack. The quest don't appear in my quests, only if i talk with Balthazar.
So, since you say the quest doesn't appear in your quest log (which is odd; it should be there), what does Balthazar say when you attempt to talk to him?
Chances are, you may have moved onto the next phase of the quest.
Regardless, emailing KI can also prove viable; especially if the quest isn't showing up.
