I have been farming for the pain giver opal for my storm pet. I noticed in my time farming the universal pet jewels like pain giver and spell proof are the lowest rates. They also don't have a recipe to be crafted. I don't know why the rarer dropped jewels are the jewels with no recipe. I feel the universal pet stat jewel should get its recipe.
