everything I've found says that Felicia Worthington sells it, and supposedly sells a lot of other housing items.
But when I talk to her all she has is gear. And where there should be a house icon with an arrow to scroll left for housing items, there's a huge blank spot.
As this item been removed? Or moved to some other vendor?

Hi Tanda, There should be a icon in the top right corner of your screen when you talk to Felicia, when you click on it it should bring you to where the housing item are sold. According to Wiki, the mannequins should still be sold there.
