where do i get the next crafting quest?

I just completed the grandmaster artisan badge quest and no exclamation point appeared for the next crafting quest. so is there a person I talk to get the crafting quest?

I had that same problem, but you go to Koyate Ghostmane in the Boabob Crossroads (zf) , you'll get the quest Drum a little drum, the quest is agonizing but it took me like 5 days surprisingly. So good luck, you're going to need it!

You have to quest a bit before it is offered by him.
