help i recieved a excelmation mark to see someone (i can't remeber his name) at the basilica base camp. I looked in places at basilica, the forun, and the academy. I can't find him. I am balance school, and wondering if this for a spell, or something to advance trainging. Please tell me if you know. Thanks a million
You probably mean the Celestia Base Camp. If you're at least level 48, and you've defeated Malistaire, you should have a quest to go to Celestia. If you don't have such a quest, go see Professor Ambrose and Storm Professor Balestrom.
