I can notread the history book in the Grand chasem. I read it allready a long time ago as lower level wizzard (teleported to a friend in Dragonspyre) and now need to complete a quest where I need to read History of Dragonspyre and I can not read the book. What is wrong?

You need to get the quest to defeat Flamebringer in his tower. Did you talk to Zelen Battlehorn in the Grand Chasm? It is the first quest that he gives you, and the History Book is in Flamebringer's Tower.
