Dalia wants me but won't respond

Haven't played my top level character in a while. Now I guess there are new levels and Dalia keeps beckoning, but won't talk to me when I arrive. Level 125 pyromancer.

I have the same problem with my Balance wizard... same level. Ambrose and Alhazred call, but have no words.

Try speaking to the New fire teacher in the arcanum they'll give you whatever you need most likely if not idk what will help

Now I have the same problem with my Myth teacher, but he isn't in Arcanum and won't speak to me in Wizard City. !
