I am a regular player to beastmoon but recently (last hunt event) I have been unable to join on any character on my main account and support is not really helping that well. I have no idea what to do because I haven't broken any rules that would get my account blocked from joining beastmoon in a group. Please send help. Thank you.
Or does it not give you a message and just says X# of players waiting? Because that might be a low population issue and there are just not enough players in the queue. You can try switching to a busier realm, but it requires at least 5-10 people to even start (depending on the game type).
