I noticed a new cast emote near the end of the scroll of fortune that looks really cool, but seeing as we haven't had cast emotes before I'd like some clarification on it if anyone knows. I'm assuming this replaces your spellcasting animation. Can it replace your wand animation too, is it a statless wand item you stitch onto something (and if so, is it tradeable between your wizards), or do you have to be wandless for it to show up? It's a lot of event points so I'd like to know before I grind all the way up for it.
