How long will the fishing members benefit last?

Does anyone know when the members benefit for fishing (zero energy cost) will last? If I know when it will expire I can dedicate my time to just fishing till the event expires. So any info will be helpful.

On a side note, can anybody tell me what the fishing spell Fish Lullaby do?

Oh no!! Feb 20 already started for me Yikes!

I have to hurry and catch as much fish as I can! Thank you Suzanne. That helped a lot.

I hope they will add this benefit again some day because this is the greatest benefit I ever saw!
