so i recently revived the pagoda gauntlet pack from Walmart and I entered it and as soon as I equipped the gear it made my wizard disappear and the loading circle won't pass 0% and I've waited for 2 hours about and nothing and I can get to the character selection but after that no wizards show up what do I do to fix this please help.
