are there supposed to be 2 ranks of Ultimate Runes? the ones rewarded at 200 points are rank 10 (as opposed to the others, all rank 4) and don't work in the recipes. This was the same for 3 different wizards I tried at the 200 point reward. I thought maybe different Ultimate runes for the 'Ultimate Hands of Fate' but the only reagents in that recipe are all the other school hands of fate. So the Rank 10's don't fit in anywhere, and I started wondering if they might be a mistake. Are they?
I also received 2 of these rank 10 ultimate rune reagents when I collected the 200 point reward from the fire deckathalon. This occurred on two seperate characters of mine. Are these as intended or are these bugged?
