So my sister was going to get a membership for Wizard101 but she had two accounts and accidentally bought it for her second account I have emailed KI but last time I emailed them about something else they didn't reply, so is there any way to fix this?
Please try contacting Customer Support again. You'll also want to check your spam or junk folders as sometimes we are accidentally sorted there by your mail provider. If it has been over 24-48 hours since a response from us, please reply back to this thread with your Customer Support ticket number.
