From what I gathered, the Associate Delivery Person badge is no longer obtainable due to Bryce Crispie who gave the badge is no longer there. Is there anyway you could re-add him for people who never got his two badges as it seems unfair that these would be locked away forever.
I hate temporary things. It's why I used to play Sea of Thieves until it was just too much FOMO. They'd likely have to change his location so he's not quite so prominent, but it would be nice to see it still though there are a lot of other Pre-World quests that I don't know if they are active anymore.
I agree. Anything that provides a badge in this game should be obtainable for successive wizards beyond a limited time, since badge collecting is a legit side objective. Items/gear on the other hand should remain unique and limited.
