I looked at the Tiki Boots of Riptides which has an item card of Backdraft and I noticed that it has the issue with brackets next to the %s. However, at the bottom of the card in the text, it says "#-4:{+0[%][1]}."
I'm not sure if this is an issue with the Backdraft spell card since I don't have a fire school wizard. However, I bet it would've been mentioned by now.
