so I am level 56 in but I am no longer getting spells from Alhazred. A while back I had gotten a dialogue with another quest that told me to talk to one of the bears but I can not remember his name or where to find him to continue my quests. Please help if you know the name and location of the next character i am supposed to talk to or where i can go to further my balance training. Sincerely, stuck at 56

A while back would probably be Baldur Goldpaws for your level 35 spell. You must complete about 1/3 of Grizzleheim to qualify for that, but if you've done it, go talk to him in old towne. And yes, please check the link Professor Greyrose left; that helps a lot.
