I was in the Wizard City Bazaar, when a player said that he was reported and he didn't do anything wrong, I said it's just a troll, then I got reported, then 2 or 3 other players got reported, I didn't do anything. Could I be banned?

No, you won't be banned. KI doesn't tolerate fake reports, and the person who is doing the fake reports will be banned instead.
