After winning the beastmoon hunt, it pops up that I won glacial golem spellements, but I have none in my backpack. Same thing happened with the other ones I got. Shows up in green in the chat box and on the side, but never shows up as inventory.
This happened to me too, but what you actually received is a recipe to craft the spellements. Go to the crafting tab in your backpack. Then use arrow to get to the last section (the one where the spells and potions and pet snacks recipes are located). Click on the first icon (the one that shows ALL the recipes). Now look through the list - you will see a Glacial Golem Supplement crafting recipe there. This allows you to craft the supplements. Craft enough, and eventually you will have the spell. Kingsisle needs to add an additional spellement icon to the page so you can quickly choose it to show only the spellement recipes.
