Fire minotaurs spell Noxious Golem reads, unless I'm wrong, that it does 200 damage and a 200 dot if enemy has shield. I've casted a few times today on enemy with shield and it gave no dot.
You are correct. It does not do as the description says unless the enemy has a shield bigger than 200 or another shield or stun block on. This error in description has bugged me for a long long time now. I would like this to get fixed.
