I'm near the end of the quest Beasty Mountain High, and when I defeat Caleban, no dialogue occurs and Wezlee doesn't spawn. I can't complete the quest no matter how many times I replay the instance.
It sounds like perhaps you're in a bad quest state. Could you contact Customer Support and request they advance this quest for you so you can proceed with playing the rest of the story in Empyrea?
