I have no idea if this is the appropriate forum to discuss a recent concern over an in game issue regarding player harassment, but I want to heap on the praise to the staff at KI for responding to my concern in a timely, friendly, and professional manner. I've played many online games since 1995 (Gemstone 3, Dark Age of Camelot, and World of Warcraft) and this has been, by far, the best customer support I've encountered.
The response was fast, accurate, TRUTHFUL! (yes I fainted...) and thorough.
I appreciate the time the staff took to address this and only suggest perhaps a more clear way to address such issues for people. The place to contact is a tad hidden :)
